In China, Buick is a big hit selling twice as many vehicles there then they do in the US. Credit Buick's very good history with keeping the brand's appeal alive - according to GM, Sun Yatsen, who was the first president of what was then known as the Republic of China, took his first automobile ride in a 1912 Buick. The rest is history.

Buick Regal's comes in two models, the LS and the GS versions. The basic difference in the two models is in the engine orientation. The LS version contains naturally aspirated engine similar to engines contained in most cars with a horsepower of 195 and torque of 220 pounds-feet. The GS version of Buick Regal also contains the same engine but is equipped with an additional supercharger which increases the horsepower and torque to 240 and 280 pounds feet respectively.
